people around you could be surprised by your status today. this could be who you know, what you can afford or what those around you can afford. you could have someone quite important on speed dial.

people around you could really resent this especially if they were reveling in your failure or your stagnancy. they can no longer say that you're a failure or you don't have resources or community. now you're more successful than alot of your haters, both in perception but also actual ownership. this could be the first time in your life you're the successful friend or the successful sibling and these people cannot take it. especially if these had more than you but they're not impeccably well to do. like if they made 80,000 a year they're definitely doing good. but imagine you end up making over 7 figures - they can never keep up. like these people don't have nearly as much money as they made it seem like you should be jealous of.

these people are still choosing between x, y and z and you could genuinely get all 3 three times. they're going on cruises and you're yachting. and this person is mad because people like you specifically are the ones that make them flex what they have and they really feel like it's nothing, this could even be a hatred of their careers deep down and now they can't even say "it's worth it because of the money." you love your career, your life, yourself and you didn't have to put down others to overcompensate. slow and steady but also THE MOST GENUINE has come out on top finally.
