i’ve finally emerged on the other side

a hard rock life to a diamond’s shine

i know they understood the weight of the pressure

but they never thought i’d find the spotlight and get it together

now you have to watch the price skyrocket

if from the start you knew my value, the new truth wouldn’t be shocking

at my worst or my best, all they know how to do is watch me
