someone may be asking you to bear their burden. im thinking of when old people fall into scam calls. someone else is worried about an issue, but you become the middle man to facilitate their disconnect. this may cause you to lose out. its not a day to do favors that cause detriment, like loaning money. especially if this is something that could cause you to lose your job sticking your neck out for someone. someone wants your life and wants to trick you out your spot.

you could also find that these people were sabotaging greater opportunities or that you finally make different decisions and get rewarded for it.
